Bwindi Little Angels

Our Clubs

At Bwindi Little Angels Charity, we believe every child has a special gift waiting to be discovered. Through our creative clubs, children learn, express themselves, and build confidence while connecting with their culture and community. These clubs provide safe spaces for learning, teamwork, and fun; where every child can smile, play, and grow.

The Choir Club (Raising Voices, Inspiring Hope)

→ Music and vocal training
→ African drum and dance sessions
→ Cultural and orchestral performances
→ Songwriting and storytelling through music

The Choir Club is the heartbeat of Bwindi Little Angels. Here, children learn music, singing, drumming, and traditional African instruments. Through performance and practice, the club builds confidence, teamwork, and cultural pride. The choir has performed for visitors from around the world, sharing the beauty of Bwindi’s voices and stories.

The Pottery Club (Shaping Clay, Shaping Futures)

→ Hand-building and wheel pottery
→ Glazing and finishing techniques
→ Creative product design
→ Pottery exhibitions and sales for sustainability

The Pottery Club teaches children the traditional art of clay and ceramics, from hand-molding cups and plates to glazing colorful designs. It is both a creative and practical skill-building program, helping children learn discipline, patience, and the joy of creating something lasting. Our dream is to develop a pottery studio that can also support local income through handmade art sales.

The Art Club (Drawing Dreams into Reality)

→ Drawing and painting
→ Charcoal and watercolor art
→ Art exhibitions and displays
→ Awareness art (climate, culture, and community themes)

The Art Club nurtures young artists with a passion for drawing, painting, and design. Children use art as a voice, telling stories of their lives, nature, and community through colors and shapes. We encourage creative freedom while teaching artistic techniques that can grow into lifelong skills. Their artwork often reflects themes of love, hope, and the beauty of Bwindi.

The Photography & Videography Club (Capturing Moments, Telling Our Story)

→ Basic photography and camera handling
→ Video recording and editing
→ Documentary storytelling
→ Social media and visual communication skills

The Photography & Videography Club teaches children how to see the world through a creative lens. They learn to take photos, record videos, and document community life, performances, and cultural heritage. This club empowers them to become young storytellers, capturing the beauty, challenges, and dreams of Bwindi.
